CANCELLATION POLICY

Debit/Credit Card Required to put on file to secure appointment only.

 

Due to the current pandemic, all clients are required to wash hands upon entering, temp checks, and wear face masks unless told to remove them.

Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 min late, your appointment will be canceled/rescheduled. If able to take you a $100 late fee will be applied.

​

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please reschedule your appointment: cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

​

If you are more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to still serve you, your appointment will be canceled. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours. If 48-hour notice is not given you will be charged a $100 late cancellation/reschedule fee.

If you have purchases a package of services and a 48-hour notice is not given for cancellation/reschedule, a $100 fee will be applied on the next visit.

​

If you no call/no show there is a $100 fee that will be charged and a deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

​

Please cancel or reschedule your appt within 48 hrs. If 48 hours notice is not given you will be charged $100 fee.
